Privacy Policy

Here you'll find what data we process about you, why, for how long, and what rights you have. We try to collect as little as possible: you can take the test without entering a name or email at all.

1. Who processes your data

The data controller is Zasedačka s.r.o., registered office at Sokolovská 1276/152, Libeň, 180 00 Praha 8, company ID 09705996 (hereinafter “we”). For anything related to data protection, write to us at the email listed on the website. We were not required to appoint a data protection officer.

2. What data, why, and for how long

Test answers and result. After you complete the test, we store your answers and result so we can look for errors in the questions and the scoring and make the test more accurate. If you entered an email, it's attached to them. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running and improving the test. Retention period: 365 days, after which they're deleted automatically. The result itself is also encoded in the link you receive; without the link, no one else can see it.

Email after the Quick Test. When you enter your email, we send a link to your result to it and store the email, the date, and the strategy you got. Legal basis: fulfilling your request (contract) – sending you your result. Retention period: until you ask us to delete it or use the delete link in the email footer.

News. If you tick the consent box, we may occasionally send you tips and news. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the link in every email or by writing to the email listed on the website. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before it. Retention period: until consent is withdrawn.

Saved unfinished test. When you use “Save and finish later”, we store your unfinished answers and email so we can send you a link. Legal basis: fulfilling your request. Retention period: 30 days.

Purchase of a Personal Guide. We store your email, result code, the time you agreed to the Terms and Conditions, and payment details (amount, date, payment identifier, status). Legal basis: performance of the contract and compliance with legal obligations (accounting and tax). Retention period: for as long as accounting and tax regulations require, generally 10 years from the end of the year in which the payment was made. We don't see or store your card details.

Couples Guide. When you create an invitation, we store both first names, the character choice (woman or man) if you fill it in, both result codes, and your email if you enter it. Your partner's email, if you fill it in, is used only to send a single invitation and is not stored. Legal basis: fulfilling your request. Retention period: until you ask us to delete it.

Anonymous statistics. We store totals from which no individual can be identified: how many times each strategy and subtype came up, and how people with a given strategy respond on average to each statement. Just as anonymously, we count where people came to the site from (which website or campaign) and whether they use a phone or a computer. We don't use cookies or any external analytics tools for this.

Business inquiries. When you send us an inquiry about a Team Map, we store your name, company, email, phone number, and message so we can reply and prepare a quote. Legal basis: contract negotiations at your request. Retention period: up to 3 years from the last contact if no contract results from the negotiations.

Website security. To protect against misuse (such as repeated form submissions), the site briefly works with a fingerprint (hash) of your IP address, from which the original address can't be recovered. We don't store IP addresses. Our hosting provider may briefly keep IP addresses in its technical records (logs) according to its own rules.

3. Who we share data with

We don't sell your data or pass it to anyone for their own marketing. It is handled only by suppliers without whom the site couldn't run, and only to the extent necessary for the given service (processors):

  • the web hosting provider, on whose servers the site and data run,
  • the email service provider, through which we send emails with results and guides,
  • Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Ireland), which processes card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay payments; for payments, Stripe also acts in part as an independent controller (for example, for fraud prevention) under its own policies at stripe.com,
  • backup storage – data backups are encrypted and can't be read without the key.

Some of these services may also process data outside the European Union (for example, Stripe in the USA). In such cases, this is done on the basis of a European Commission adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

4. Cookies and browser storage

The site uses no advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across websites. It only uses technically necessary data in your browser, without which the features you've requested wouldn't work:

  • en_rep (cookie, 400 days) – which guides you've bought, so we can show you a link to them,
  • en_darek (cookie, 60 days) – the gift code you opened, so it's offered when you unlock a guide,
  • en_jmeno (cookie, 400 days) – the name you optionally entered with the test, so the site can address you by name (stays only in your browser),
  • en_mail (cookie, 400 days) – that you've already entered your email, so we don't ask again,
  • en-test (browser storage) – your test in progress, so you can continue; deleted when you complete the test or click “Start over”,
  • jh-last (browser storage) – a link to your most recent result, so it's offered when you return,
  • rep:… (browser storage) – the guide chapter where you left off.

This data stays on your device and you can delete it at any time in your browser settings.

5. Your test result is not a diagnosis

The result is generated automatically from your answers and is for self-discovery only. It has no legal or similarly significant effects on you, we don't send it to anyone, and we don't use it to make decisions about you. It is not a psychological assessment or health data.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • know what data we process about you and receive a copy of it,
  • have inaccurate data corrected,
  • have your data deleted if we no longer need it or you've withdrawn consent (this doesn't apply to data we're legally required to keep, for example for accounting),
  • request restriction of processing,
  • receive the data you've given us in a machine-readable format (portability),
  • object to processing based on legitimate interest,
  • withdraw your consent to receiving news at any time.

Just write to the email listed on the website. We'll reply within one month at the latest. To avoid releasing data to someone else, we may ask you to verify that you really are the owner of the email address.

If you believe we're handling your data in breach of the regulations, you can lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.gov.cz).

7. Security

Site data is stored encrypted, access to the admin area is protected by a password and additional verification, and backups are encrypted. The notifications the administrator sends to their phone don't contain full email addresses.

8. Children

News and guide purchases are intended for people over 15. Younger users should discuss consenting to news or making a purchase with a parent.

9. Changes

We may update this policy when the way the site works or the regulations change. The current version is always on this page.
