They turn their energy outward: they want to fix others, especially those close to them and their partner. They have more fire and directness and less patience than the other Perfectionists, and they feel they have the right to change things. Anger is most visible in this subtype.
One-to-one Ones turn their perfectionism outward. They don't mainly want to improve themselves but others: their partner, loved ones, colleagues, the world. They feel they know how things should be and that they have the right to change them.
They are the countertype among Ones: the only ones whose anger is openly seen and heard. Of all the Ones, they hold back the least. They're fervent, direct, impatient, and can rally people to a good cause. They have a lot of energy and passion in them, which they pour into what they believe in.

How to tell it from the others
They differ from the other Ones in direction: the self-preservation One improves themselves, the social One leads by example, the one-to-one One corrects others. Unlike them, this One doesn't suppress anger but shows it, which is why at first glance they don't look like a typical One (they're the countertype). At the same time, they have fewer self-doubts than the other Ones.

What the one-to-one instinct is
Attention turns to an intense connection with one person or one thing: chemistry, attraction, closeness, passion. People with this instinct in first place seek depth and intensity, can devote themselves fully to something, and get bored by superficial contact.
