What do leaders see from the results?
Only each member's strategy and subtype, their name, and how their strategy shows up at work. They don't see test answers or the rest of the personal result. Members know this in advance.
Is this a psychological assessment?
No. It's a personality model for self-knowledge and better collaboration, not a tool for hiring or performance evaluation. Don't use it for that.
