Terms and Conditions

1. Seller

The seller is Zasedačka s.r.o., with its registered office at Sokolovská 1276/152, Libeň, 180 00 Praha 8, Company ID (IČO) 09705996, VAT ID (DIČ) CZ09705996 (the "Seller"). Contact: the email listed on the website.

2. What We Sell

The Personal Guide is digital content: a written interpretation of your Full Analysis result on this website. The Guide is displayed on a web page with a secret link, which the buyer receives immediately after payment and also by e-mail. The Guide is not a professional psychological assessment or a diagnosis.

3. Price and Payment

The price is shown next to the purchase button and is final. Payment is made in advance by card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay via the Stripe payment gateway. The Seller does not see or store your card details. Stripe sends a payment receipt to the e-mail address entered at checkout.

4. Delivery

The Guide is made available immediately after payment is confirmed. The link remains active, and the buyer can return to the Guide at any time. If you lose the link, you can have it re-sent to the e-mail address used for payment.

5. Withdrawal from the Contract

A buyer who is a consumer generally has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, this right ceases to apply if performance began with the buyer's prior express consent and the buyer was informed that they thereby lose the right of withdrawal (Section 1837(l) of the Czech Civil Code). The buyer gives this consent by ticking the box before payment.

6. Complaints

If the Guide does not display or is technically faulty, write to us at the email listed on the website. We will fix the defect or refund your money. Complaints are resolved within 30 days at the latest.

7. Personal Data

When you make a purchase, we process your e-mail address, result code, and payment details (amount, date, payment identifier) for the purpose of performing the contract and keeping accounts. Payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. Your result is encoded in the link to the Guide. 8. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution

Consumers may contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, www.coi.cz), which is the body for the out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes.

9. Final Provisions

These terms take effect upon their publication on the website. Matters not covered by these terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
