A calmer, more reserved version of the Perfectionist. Thinks more about principles than people, comes across as thoughtful, impartial, and a little detached. Promotes their ideals by example rather than loud criticism.
A One with a 9 wing combines the desire to do things right with the Nine's calm and detachment. The result is someone with clear ideals who promotes them by example and explanation rather than by fighting. They look at things from a distance, think long-term, and avoid the “dirty work” of politics and persuasion.
On the outside, they come across as thoughtful, impartial, and a little detached. The anger typical of Ones is least visible here. It shows up more as stiffness, impatience, or a cutting remark. They often seek peace and solitude, in nature for example, and can't stand the noise and chaos of human relationships.

How to Spot It
They differ from a One with a 2 wing in their calm and detachment: the 2 wing is warmer, more active, and more people-oriented. They differ from a Nine with a 1 wing in that the core is a desire to do things right, not a desire for peace. A One with a 9 wing has an inner critic; a Nine with a 1 wing has more of an inner sense of order.
