They differ from a Two with a 1 wing in sociability and ambition: the 1 wing is more serious and modest. They differ from a Three with a 2 wing in that the core is relationship and love, not success. A Two with a 3 wing wants to be loved; a Three with a 2 wing wants to be admired.
