The calmer, steadier side of the Leader. They come across as solid and protective, and only show their strength when it's really needed. They get angry later, but all the more forcefully.
An Eight with a 9 wing combines strength, confidence, and determination with the calm and groundedness of a Nine. Compared to an Eight with a 7 wing, they have more staying power and less open aggression, and they rarely get rattled. They lean more toward warmth and family and show their strength mainly by protecting.
They often have two faces: warmth and kindness at home, great decisiveness and toughness at work. They prefer a quiet life and tend to run things from the background. They speak more slowly, read other people's body language closely, and almost seem to invite others to underestimate them. When they explode, it's sudden and powerful, and then calm returns.

How to Spot It
They differ from an Eight with a 7 wing in their calm: the 7 wing is louder, faster, and takes more risks. They differ from a Nine with an 8 wing in that their core is strength and control, not calm. An Eight with a 9 wing is strength that has settled down. A Nine with an 8 wing is calm that knows how to be strong.
